225g Butter, 140g Zucker, 1 Eigelb, 25g kandierter Ingwer, 280g Mehl, Salz, 85g getrocknete Bananen.225g butter, 140g caster sugar, 1 Eggyolk, 25g stem ginger, 280g flour, salt, 85g dried bananas
Bei 190°C 15 min backen.
Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.
