Die Weihnachtszeit ist doch sehr stressig. Ständig ist man auf der Suche nach Geschenken für die Familie und Freunde, backt Kekse, die man selbst nicht mehr essen will, und nach dem 26. Dezember ist alles vorbei.
Also warum zünden wir heute nicht ein Kerzerl an und tun endlich auch etwas nur für uns?
Deshalb hat eure Frau Tortinger heute einmal nur für sich selbst gebacken und sich selbst auch etwas geschenkt. So schön ist die Weihnachtszeit (inklusive Gemütlichkeit)!

Christmastime is stressful. One is constantly searching for presents for friends and family, baking cookies one doesn't want to eat anymore, and after the 26th of December it's over.
So, why don't we light a candle and do something for ourselves?
That's why today, Frau Tortinger is baking only for herself, and there is even a gift for her. That's the joy of christmastime (including comfort)!
Southern Comfort Macarons

| Eiweiß mit Salz schlagen / Beat the eggwhites with salt |

| Zimt, Kakao und Orangenschale hinzufügen und vorsichtig unterheben / Gently fold in the cinnamon, cocoa and orangezest |

| Den Ofen auf 100°C vorheizen / Preheat the oven to 100°C |
 |
| 1 3/4 Stunden backen / Bake for 1 3/4 hours |
 |
| Schlagobers aufkochen und Schokolade darin schmelzen / Heat the cream until it's cooking, then melt the chocolate in it |

| Southern Comfort dazugeben / Add the Southern Comfort |
 |
| Widerstehe der Versuchung! / Resist the temptation! |
 |
| Macarons abkühlen lassen / Let the macarons cool |
 |
| Kleb sie zusammen! / Stick them together! |
 |

Das Rezept:
2 Eiweiß
1 Prise Salz
110g Zucker
2 EL Kakao
1/2 TL Zimt
1/2 TL Orangenschale
1P Vanillezucker
100g dunkle Schokolade
50ml Schlagobers
2 TL Southern Comfort
The Recipe:
2 Eggwhites
a pinch of Salt
2 tablespoons powdered cocoa
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1p Vanilla Sugar
100g dark chocolate
50ml cream
2 tablespoons Southern Comfort
Und weil man sich am liebsten selbst beschenkt, malt sich Frau Tortinger einen Star Wars Teekannen-Untersetzer.
